SHIPPING / RETURN / EXCHANGE INFO:

Shipping:
The Mail Order Department is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.CT, except Holidays. . The shipping Department operates Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CT. In country orders are shipped via DHL in most cases, which requires a physical address, it is best that physical addresses be used as the ship to address, as for some carriers, postal box or rural route addresses are not acceptable with this carrier, (packages will be left without signature on home delivery, therefore you should use an address where package can be delivered to a person, as we are not responsible for theft of unattended deliveries once delivered to their destination), normal in country shipping is within a TWO WEEK time frame, in some cases sooner, however during high volume ordering seasons, you should allow three to four weeks for delivery if merchandise is out of stock. Tracking is not available with our normal postal shipments. In the case of undeliverable packages that are returned to our office, additional shipping charges will be incurred before reshipment can occur. ORDERS MAY BE SHIPPED IN MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE AND AT DIFFERENT TIMES IN SOME INSTANCES. NOTE: We are not responsible and will not accept liability for errors in delivery caused by the incorrect entry of an address by the buyer, the lack of sufficient suite or apartment numbers, or the mis-spelling of an address due to the fault of the buyer. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and additional charges for re-shipment and delivery delays may occur when this occurs. Expedited delivery is available on request, at an additional fee. We offer overnight (not available in some areas) and 2 day delivery (not available in some areas), dependent on whether the item requested is in stock at that time. You may place a need by date in the comment section of your order form and an email will be sent with a quote for the additional charges, or you may call 254-757-2433 to discuss options. Once the email is sent to you with the additional costs, we must have a reply with acceptance: the order can not be processed until a reply is received from customer accepting the stated additional charges. Orders over the amount of $100.00 will be charged a shipping and handling fee that is equal to 10% of their merchandise total. Overseas or Out of Country shipping methods vary by weight and country. On receipt of these orders, a shipping and handling quote will be emailed to the client for approval, before the order is processed, if no approval is received from the client, the order will be removed from the system. Shipping times vary greatly for overseas orders, so an exact date for delivery can not be given. Times can range from four to six weeks and in some cases longer. In the case of undeliverable packages that are returned to our office, additional shipping charges may be required before reshipment can occur.

Return Policy:
Returns can be made within 45 days of receiving your order to the address shown on your invoice, and must be sent along with a copy of the original invoice, stating the reason for the return and your wishes. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, and return postage is at the customers expense. Credits will be made to the original method of payment. In the case of payments by check or money order, a gift certificate will be sent as a store credit. Please note that merchandise can not be worn or washed, and must have original tags. Returns that are not made within the time period stated above, will only be issued a store credit toward a future purchase via a gift certificate.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges can be made within 45 days of receiving your order. You must send the item along with a copy of the invoice stating your wishes, a payment method should be included as there will be an additional charge of $5.00 to re-ship the item on in country orders, once the item is received the exchange will be made. We are not responsible for return postage on exchanges due to the customer ordering incorrectly from our site, please verify all info before finalizing the order. Exchanges due to the fault of our company in shipping the incorrect item will be refunded the postage up to the US Postal Priority Mail Rate only, and all returns of this nature must be sent through the US Postal service. We do not cover or refund expedited return charges of any nature for these type of returns when chosen by the customer, therefore be aware that these expenses if chosen are at the customers expense. Out of country and overseas orders will be emailed a quote for the reshipment, so please include an email address with your return. NOTE that the item cannot be returned if it has been worn or washed.
